Talk safety - Grab a coffee and take five minutes to chat to a workmate about what keeps you focused on the job, how you look out for each other on site, or the gear and checks you use before starting a job
Log it - Head to the Mader app and fill out a Field Leadership form using the headline “How do you and your crew stay safe on site?”
Winners will be chosen based on the best safety conversations and strongest submissions from site. Every completed Field Leadership report equals one entry into the draw. So, the more you log, the more chances you have at winning!
